This policy covers the RetailGPT Pro SMS Q&A messaging program, part of the RetailGPT Pro demonstration application operated by Engine (DecisionFrame AI).
We collect your mobile phone number, which you enter yourself inside the RetailGPT Pro application ("Send to my phone" settings), and the content of the text messages you send to the program (your questions).
Your phone number and message content are used solely to deliver automated text responses to your own submitted questions within RetailGPT Pro. Only phone numbers that were self-registered inside the application can send or receive messages. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
Your phone number and message content will not be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties, and will not be used for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We send no promotional or marketing messages of any kind — every message is a direct reply to a question you texted, or a service confirmation.
You can remove your phone number at any time in the application settings, or text STOP to end all messages. Conversation context is held only for the duration of your active session and can be cleared at any time by texting RESET.
